Service

HandoffMirror coordinates two independent confirmations and records resolved gaps. It does not transfer credentials or assets, test external systems, prove legal ownership, provide an electronic signature, guarantee project quality, or replace security, privacy, legal, tax, contract, or professional review.

Plans and billing

Free costs $0 and requires no Checkout: Rehearse both sides of a handoff locally and export a useful gap summary for free. Limits: One-device facilitator rehearsal; entries are not private from another person using the same browser. No durable workspace, separate participant links, paid recovery, joint resolution, or closure receipt. Starter costs $10.00 one-time with no renewal: Run one real handoff through independent checks and reveal only the gaps. Limits: One durable handoff workspace. Gap comparison and export only; no shared resolution workflow or closure receipt. Pro costs $20.00 one-time with no renewal: Run one complete handoff with shared gap resolution, closure, receipt, and recovery. Limits: One durable handoff workspace with shared resolution, closure receipt, and recovery.

Purchase cancellation

HandoffMirror is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal. A completed purchase cannot be canceled; the delivery-failure refund terms apply.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited to delivery failure. Reopen the exact paid recovery link and retry once. If HandoffMirror still cannot provide the paid workspace, request support within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are not based on the handoff result, a counterparty response, or a project outcome. Refunds required by law remain available.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for following HandoffMirror's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
